| 摘 要： | 人类基因组研究已取得突破性的成就,即将进入后基因组时代,由此带来的伦理学问题应引起我们的关注。对基因隐私保护、基因歧视、基因殖民主义及基因设计、社会老龄化等伦理问题,我们应用法律和伦理手段予以控制,达到趋利避害的目的,使人类基因研究和应用给人类带来福祉而不是灾难。

| Abstract: | With outstanding achievement in research work, the human genome projec t is about to enter the post-genome era. However the subsequent ethical problems are worthy of our close attention. As regards the control of the protection of the gene secrets, gene discriminations, gene colonialism, gene design and ageing society, legal and ethical means are necessary in order to reserve the advantag es while avoiding disadvantages in gene research and application and thus render these activities a blessing rather than suffering for the whole human race. |
