“全面科技哲学”取代“自然科技哲学”是新时代的呼唤--陈文化教授学术访谈录

目前现存的科技哲学更多地只是其中的一个门类———自然科技哲学，马克思的“全面发展”理论是“全面科技哲学”取代“自然科技哲学”的理论基础。全面科学技术哲学的研究对象、学科实质、门类构成和研究内容等方面，与传统的自然科技哲学均有较大的区别。根据马克思的“全面发展”理论，科技观可概括为三个方面，即横向活动中的自然科技、人文科技、社会科技“三者同时存在”与同时变化；纵向过程中的“全面科学、技术、技术创新、生产生活、社会变革和人的发展”由“人通过人的劳动”形成一个反馈圆环，以及科学整体发展的“动—静—动”的无限序列，也由此而提出“全面科技哲学纵横向发展平台”。自然科技哲学是工业社会的产物，而“全面科技哲学”是新世纪、新时代的必然要求。“全面科技哲学”取代自然科技哲学对形成具有中国特色与中国风格的科技哲学亦将起到推波助澜的作用。

New Age's Call for the Replacement of Philosophy of Comprehensive Science and Technology over Philosophy of Natural Science and Technology:An Academic Interview with Professor Chen Wenhua

The extant philosophy of science and technology is more simply one category of it:philosophy of natural science and technology (PNST).Marx's Integrated Development theory is the theoretical base for the replacement of philosophy of comprehensive science and technology (PCST)over PNST.The former is comparatively quite different from the latter in research target,discipline essence,category constitution and research content,etc..According to Marx's Integrated Development theory,the view of science and technology can be generalized into three aspects:trans-versely the co-existence and co-change of natural science and technology,humanistic science and technology,and social science and technology;longitudinally the development of comprehensive science,technology,technological in-novation,production and living,social reform and human has formed a feedback circle through labor practice;and the unlimited sequence of"move-tranquilness-move" of the overall scientific development in human society.Thus he put forward the concept of development platform of PCST in transverse and longitudinal direction.PNST is the by-product of industrial society.Nevertheless,PCST is the inevitable result of the new era.The replacement of PCST o-ver PNST would also promote the formation of philosophy of science and technology with Chinese characteristics and Chinese styles.
