| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国社会获得前所未有的飞跃发展，而社会结构却明显滞后于经济结构，社会管理中的各种问题和矛盾日益凸显，社会结构基本呈现亚稳态特征。当今社会建设的核心是创新社会管理机制，优化调整社会结构。

| Abstract: | Since the start of reform and opening-up,China has obtained his unprecedented leaping development,but his social structure obviously lagged behind the economic structure.Various problems and contradictions have gradu-ally emerged in the field of social management,and social structure has almost presented sub-stable characteristics. The core of today's social construction lies in innovating the mechanism of social management and in optimizing the so-cial structure. |
