Intellectual Democracy in the Decision Making of Crucial Projects

This paper aims to conform crucial projects with ethical standards ultimately by establishing a democratic mechanism on the basis of science,and ensuring simultaneously its democracy and science.This article starts from the present situation of crucial projects,analyzes the causes of the democratic decision-making issues,and the necessity of democratic participation in major projects.At the same time,it tries to explore the scientific and democratic mechanism to provide some theoretical basis and reference for the improvement of democratic decision-making in major projects.
