| Abstract: | A comprehesive analysis of Ce of Qian and Kun,and their Probabilities is first made in the history of the study of The Book of Changes .The average probabilities of each of 64 Gua are explored in terms of the circumstances of Yao Change.Thus ,a new interpretation of Ce of Qian and Kun is proposed. |
