| 摘 要： | 企业参与政治过程近年来已经成为我国学者十分重视的课题,对这方面的研究也越来越多。过去30年间西方学术界对企业政治策略的研究涉及多学科知识,由于各学科侧重的理论知识不同,得出的研究成果也各有差异。论文对国内外有关企业政治策略的研究进行了梳理,分析了国内外有关企业政治策略研究的差异,以期对以后的研究提供理论依据。
