| 摘 要： | 伴随我国民主法制建设的飞速发展,我国的自然资源立法进入了一个新的发展阶段,自然资源法律体系的框架已基本形成。但由于自然资源立法中相当一部分是在计划经济体制下制定的,与社会发展的现实要求明显不相符,存在很多不足和缺陷。因此,必须加以修改和完善。

| Abstract: | With the development of democratic legal construction at full speed in China,the legislation of natural resources enters a new developing stage,the frame of the legal system of natural resources already taken shape.However,since the legislation had been made under planned economic system to a large extent,there exist many defects and weaknesses to be perfected due to its obvious non-conformity with the demand of the reality of socialist market economy. |
