| 摘 要： | 企业战略如同金融学中的“期权”,都是试图获得最高可能的风险投资回报。基于此,将期权思想引入战略更新研究领域,建立“战略期权”的新概念,其内涵就是企业目前的投资决策要为组织未来的获利行为创造更多的机会。战略期权思想为管理者解决当前的不确定性问题开辟了新的渠道。战略期权链模型的建立展示了战略如何依赖于不同的期权以多种方式渐进展开,在不稳定时期持有期权,在稳定时期确立期权,能够有效地降低现实环境的不确定性,并且将现在与未来紧密连接起来。

| Abstract: | Enterprise strategy,like "option" in the financial economics,is to gain the highest possible risk investment return.Based on this,the option thought is introduced in the field of strategic renewal to form a new concept "Strategic Options".It means more chances that the present investment decisions can produce for enterprises' high performance in the future.The thought of strategic options pioneers a new channel to settle current uncertainty for managers.A model of strategic option chain displays how strategy is dependent on options to spread in different ways,and displays how to build a bridge between the present and the future. |
