Public culture develops group consciousness and public sense,unites concept of cultural value,and pursues the harmonious developing of culture.Chinese public culture is not only lack of cultural-identification consciousness,but also has serious problems of disequilibrium.From now on,we need to attach more importance and input to public culture and develop the agents of public culture.We need to develop public culture according to the principles of human-basement and culture-basement,which can raise social cohesion and promote the harmonious developing of society.
