| 摘 要： | 交易成本是新制度经济学最关键和最难解决的问题,近几年,威廉姆森、诺思等人开始探索交易成本内生的基础,使得这一困扰逐步得到解决。新的理论认为,制度的选择和演化实际上是一个认知分工和协调问题,这种基于知识、学习和信念的理论给制度研究指明了未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | The transaction cost is the key and unsolved problem in new institutional economics. O. Williamson, D. North and others have begun these years to explore the basement on which the transaction cost may be produced. According to these new models, the institutional selection and evolution is in fact connected with the division of cognitive labor and cognitive coordination. The theories based knowledge, learning and belief show institutional research a right direction in future. |
