当代中国马克思主义正义理论的建构

马克思主义兼具对市场经济制度下的社会生活进行规范和对资本的逻辑进行批判的双重功能,是与社会主义市场经济这一创造性的制度实验相一致的当代中国正义理论建构的基础和核心。由于马克思主义经典作家并未考虑过如何为市场经济制度的正义性进行规范和辩护,所以,建构当代马克思主义正义理论便需要对两个问题作出回答:第一,马克思主义作为一种从其产生之初就以否定市场经济制度和批判资本的逻辑为目标的理论,是否可能包含关于市场经济制度之正义性的正义理论?第二,如果将马克思主义哲学理解为以科学认知的方式揭示社会历史之本质与规律的科学,其中是否可能包含作为规范理论的正义理论?

Construction of Marxist Justice Theory in Contemporary China

As of three different thought resources,Liberalism,Chinese traditional culture and Marxism will jointly promote the construction of the contemporary Chinese justice theory.But,their role is completely different.Marxism will be the basis and core in the Construction process of contemporary Chinese justice theory.The classic Marxist writers did not consider how to defend market economy of justice reason,so we need to answer two questions: First,is it possible that Marxist contains a theory about the justice of market economy? Second,if we take the understanding Marxist philosophy of science,is it possible to contain the justice theory as the normative theory?
