改革以来，适应社会双重变革的需要，中国的私营经济迅速恢复并快速发展起来，在国民经济中日益占有重要的位置，成为社会一经济结构中的重要组成部分。但是，私营企业主并未摆脱制度转型期的尴尬和困惑，他们之间利益的同一性还不能使他们彼此间形成紧密的联系，没有形成为一个阶级。

A Study of Chinese Private Enterprise Owners

Since the beginning of reform, adapting to the need of social double-deck change, the private sector of the Chinese economy has resumed and developed quickly, occupies increasingly an important position in the national economy, becomes an important part of social-economic structure. However priate enterprise owners still have not shaken off awkward and perplexed state in institutional transition, yet the consistency of their interests still has not formed close ties among them, not mention becoming a social class.
