关于“循环型经济”与“节约型经济”的深层辨析

物理学是生态学的基础,两者的关系是:符合物理学规律的,不一定符合生态学规律;而违反物理学规律的,则一定违反生态学规律。由于“循环型经济”首先违反了物理学规律,因而无法谈及符合生态学规律。节约型经济的理论基础是对自然资源的有限性与无限性关系的辩证思考,主张为社会的可持续发展留下充分的余地。循环型生产在一定条件下是应当提倡的,但“循环型经济”却是一种误导。循环型生产只有在节约型经济的统驭下才能正确发挥作用,“循环型经济”作为一种错误理论不可能与节约型经济理论互补。

A Deep Differentiation and Analysis on"Circular Economy" and "Economizing Economy"

Physics is the foundation of ecology,and the relation between them is: Ones that accord with the physical law,might not accord with the ecological law;but the one that violates the physical law,will certainly violate the ecological law.Since "circular economy" has violated the physical law at first,we are unable to say that it accords with the ecological law.The dialectical thinking over the relationship between finiteness and infiniteness of natural resources,on which economizing economy is founded theoretically,maintains to leave abundant leeway for the sustainable development of the society.Circular production should be recommended in certain conditions,but "circular economy" is a kind of misleading.It is only under the control of economizing economy that circular production can function correctly,at the same time,as one wrong theory,"circular economy" can not be complementary with the theory of economizing economy.
