印度安全战略及中印安全关系

中印关系是中国周边关系的重要组成部分。中国的国内建设需要睦邻、安邻,稳定周边。印度作为南亚大国和我国的重要邻国,其安全战略对中国西部安全环境和中印关系会产生重要影响。从关注中国周边安全的角度出发分析印度安全战略中对华关系部分,其对中国安全环境的影响既有不利的方面,也有有利的一面。中印双方在安全利益上体现出相互依存性,具有共同的需求。和平友好、对话协商应该成为21世纪中印两国关系的主旋律,这不仅符合和平与发展的时代潮流,也符合中印两国的安全战略和发展目标。

On Indian Security Strategy and Sino-Indian Security Relations

Sino-Indian relation is a important part of the relations between China and it's neighboring countries.China needs peaceful peripheral environment for it's economic construction.As an important neighbor of China and a big power in South-Asia area,Indian security strategy will bring strong influence to Sino-Indian relation and the safety of Chinese west borderline.This paper regards the security situation around China as the focusing attention, especially researching the Indian defense policy that bringing China double influences and elucidating both countries' common viewpoint on the nation's security interests.The paper also compares and contrasts the similarity and the differences through analyzing the two countries' security concept.
