自我效能感:概念、理论和应用

摘    要:自我效能感是指人们对自身能否利用所拥有的技能去完成某项工作行为的自信程度。一个人以往的成败经验、他人的示范效应、社会劝说、情绪状况和生理唤起四种途径对自我效能感的形成综合发挥作用。自我效能感影响人的行为选择、动机性努力、认知过程以及情感过程。加强自我效能感对于提高工作绩效、增强工作动机、改善工作态度都有重要意义。

Abstract:Self-efficacy refers to a person's self-beliefs in his or her ability to perform specific tasks.It has four major sources: enactive attainment,vicarious experience,verbal persuasion and emotional arousal state.One's self-efficacy can affect his choice of activities and environments,level of motivation.Self-efficacy often plays an important role in improving people's work performance,motivation and attitude.
