Technology Revolution and Protection for Intellectual Property through Administrative Mechanism

As a resource of Intellectual assets and a motive force of development of economy, technology revolution gives rise to a series of new issues on protection of intellectual property. Within the protection system of intellectual property are the mechanisms providing protection through administration and protection from judicial benefit, each performing a different function. In China, active measures should be taken to provide better protections to prompt institutional innovations of protection for intellectual property through administrative mechanisms.
