社会分层与社会空间领域的公平、公正

从社会学角度看,当代中国社会的公平、公正问题在社会分层和社会空间两个方面表现得十分明显。在处理社会分层、收入差距问题上,我们所追求的社会公正应该是机会公正、程序公正、结果公正三者的有机结合,为全体国民创造越来越多的公正竞争机会、公正的程序条件和公正的分配结果。社会空间属于重大的社会资源。近年来,我国城市社会空间成为社会各利益群体激烈争夺的焦点领域,特别凸显了当今中国社会的分化,许多社会矛盾、社会冲突、利益纠纷都与社会公平、社会公正问题密切联系在一起。

Fairness and Justice in the Areas of Social Stratification and Social Space

From sociological point of view,the issues of fairness and justice in the areas of social stratification and social space should be emphasized in contemporary Chinese society.The social justice which we seek for should be the integrated combination among justice of opportunity,justice of outcome and formal or legal justice,when we resolve the problems about social stratification and income gap.We should create more and more competitive opportunities of justice,conditions of formal justice and outcomes of justice for our people.In the recent years,the fighting for benefits among social interest groups focuses on urban social space areas,which shows the serious social differentiation in China and which also shows the social contradictions,social conflicts and interested disputes closely link with the issues of social fairness and social justice.Seeking for social justice in urban social space areas,we should resolve such problems as how to make the huge outcomes and benefits from the urban development to share by our whole nation.
