经济全球化热点问题辨析

经济全球化不同于全球经济一体化 ,是一个从局部经济全球化到全面经济全球化的历史演进过程 ;从矛盾主导方面看 ,经济全球化的实质是资本主义生产关系的全球化 ;“华盛顿共识”(新自由主义 )是美国在经济上征服全球的政策 ,新自由主义改革必然造成很大灾难 (俄罗斯和拉美的教训 ) ;参加经济全球化是为了本民族经济更好地自主发展 ,而不是被外资操纵和控制 ;我们应当积极参加经济全球化 ,同时重视适度保护 ,维护国家经济安全 ,科技创新是经济独立的充足条件。

An Analysis of Economic Globalization

Economic globalization is different from global economic integration; the former is a historical evolution from local economy to overall economic globalization. As for the leading contradiction, the essence of economic globalization is that of production relations of capitalism. Washington Consensus (the New Liberalism) is an American policy to conquer the world in economy, the reform of which definitely brings great damage (lessons from Russia and Latin America as good examples). The purpose of the participation in economic globalization is to promote national economy instead of being controlled by foreign capital. The participation in economic globalization should be encouraged and properly protected to maintain national economic safety. Scientific innovation is a sufficient condition to guarantee economic independence.
