儒家诚信伦理传统作为一种重要的精神资源在现代社会仍有价值 ,但其局限性也是显而易见的 ,只有经过转型、更新 ,才能适应现代社会的要求 ,成为现代社会诚信的伦理基础。具体说来 ,应从诚信伦理观念、诚信伦理生活、诚信伦理制度三个层面对儒家诚信伦理进行现代诠释和整合。在这个过程中 ,权利意识的确立是重构现代中国诚信伦理的关键

The Modern Interpretation and Integration of Confucian Honesty

Although the Confucian idea about honesty still has great value in our modern society as one kind of important spirit resources, it shows obvious limitation which should be overcome by re interpretation, transformation and renewing so as to be adapted to the times and turned into the basis of modern social ethics. It is more specifically argued that Confucian ethics of honesty should be re interpreted and integrated from three levels: ethic idea, ethic life and ethic system of honesty. In the process of re-construction of modern Chinese honesty ethics, the key point is the establishment of the consciousness of rights.
