| Abstract: | The substantial problem for Chinese transformation is the regress of economic rights from country to demos. The foundation of regress is the construction of social capital. The social capital means social organization, social criterion, social trust, social learning, social network and so on. The social capital is of productivity and of colony human capital. The construction of social capital is especially needed in China, because the lasting centralization of state power results in lack of a middle belt between the country and individual. |
