试论我国食品安全监管存在的法律问题及完善建议

随着经济快速发展，食品安全已成为各国关注焦点。我国食品安全监管存在立法不细致、执法标准不统一和法律体制不健全等问题。在借鉴西方发达国家先进食品安全监管立法措施的基础上，我国食品安全监管法律体系和方法应在如下几个方面加以完善：完善我国食品安全监管法律体系；构建我国食品质量标准体系；形成联动监督执法机制；提高监管执法水平；依法建设食品安全快速预警反应机制；构建良好的食品安全监管环境。
