| 摘 要： | 社区照顾的基本理念是使"正式照顾"与"非正式照顾"相互配合, 它强调让有照顾需求的人在常人的环境中,接受有尊严的照顾,以避免远离社区的大型院舍照顾带来的非个人化和社会分隔,并融入社区.香港长者社区支援服务贯穿了社区照顾理念,其运作涉及服务的责任主体、服务组织和管理的方式、服务系统的提供策略等方面,它被认为是一种有效的应对人口老化的方案.目前社区照顾养老服务还未在内地得到广泛推广,应协调国家、社区、市场和家庭(家族)等各方面的力量,发展老年人社区照顾服务,探讨老龄化背景下更加积极有效的养老方式.
