| 摘 要： | 人际交往能力是大学生适应社会发展需要的必备能力。学习人际交往的知识 ,培养人际交往的技能 ,是提高大学生人际交往能力的有效途径。人际交往的知识主要包括人际交往心理学知识和社交礼仪知识 ,培养人际交往的技能主要通过个体咨询、团体咨询、促进个体社会化进程、加强班集体建设、加强宿舍文化建设、指导学生社团活动等途径实现。

| Abstract: | It's necessary for college students to develop their ability in interpersonal communication if they want to adapt themselves well to the society. Acquiring knowledge and skills in this respect is the effective way to achieve this aim. The paper investigates the present situation of college students' interpersonal communication,probes into the existing problems,analyzes the corresponding reasons,and presents effective means to cultivate students' interpersonal communication ability. |
