摘    要:论述了构建大学生科技创新能力评价体系的意义和原则。以工科为例,介绍了大学生科技创新能力的评价体系的基本要素:将科技创新能力、科技活动参与、课外成果和科技竞赛获奖4个一级指标和20个二级指标及5个奖惩二级指标进行评价,并通过科创分的形式进行奖励。最后分析了该评价体系具体实施过程中存在的问题并给出了建议。

Abstract:This paper discusses the significance and principles of building up an evaluation system of college students' capacity of scientific and technological innovation.Taking engineering courses for example,it introduces the basic factors in developing such a system in this area: four primary items including capacity of scientific and technological innovation,participation in scientific and technological activities,extracurricular achievements and prizes in competitions;twenty secondary items and five rewards and punishment items.An innovation in science and technology will be rewarded with credits.Finally,an analysis is made to examine the problems in this system and some suggestions are presented.
