非财会专业的财务管理教学研究

在市场经济条件下,企业的财务管理决不仅仅是靠财务人员就能做好的,而应该有企业管理人员、工程技术人员以及其他工作人员的广泛参与。从培养复合型人才的角度讲,要提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争能力,高校应该重视非财会专业的财务管理教学工作。非财会专业的财务管理教学工作目前存在着教师重视不够、学生学习兴趣不大、没有合适的教材、教学方法针对性不强等问题。高校专业教师应该认真研究有关问题,采取有效措施,做好非财会专业的财务管理教学工作。

The Teaching of Financial Management to Non-Accounting Majors

Under the condition of market economy,the enterprise's financial management will depend not only on the accountants but also on the managers,engineering technical personnel and other staff.From the viewpoint of cultivating talented personnel with comprehensive knowledge,the university should pay more attention to the teaching of financial management to students of non-accounting majors to improve the students' competitive ability.There are some problems in the professional teaching of financial management.For example,the teachers do not attach importance to the work;the students do not have enough interest in study;there are few suitable teaching materials;the teaching method does not suit the students of non-accounting majors.Professional teachers in universities should study the relevant problem,adopt effective measures and improve the teaching of financial management.
