知识经济条件下高校学报编辑工作的观念创新

知识经济时代是一个以创新为发展动力的时代。随着计算机技术、通讯技术、网络技术和信息处理技术飞速发展又相互结合,对包括期刊编辑出版在内的知识生产、传播与利用产生了前所未有的影响。高校学报作为现代科技、文化信息的重要载体,若要跟上时代发展的步伐,必须建立起适应知识经济时代的创新机制,诸如观念创新、管理创新、技术创新、知识创新、文化创新等,这是高校学报生存和发展的重要前提和根本保证。而观念创新是其他诸方面创新的基础和关键。
