| 摘 要： | 21世纪是竞争与机遇并存的时代 ,创新人才的竞争是其主要的特征。为缩短我院与知名高校的差距 ,应把工作重点放在大学生创新能力的培养上。本文就如何加强大学生创新能力的培养进行了探讨 ,并提出了作者的观点。
