我国社会保障立法研究

我国社会保障立法建设已历经半个多世纪,对于促进我国经济稳定发展和社会长治久安发挥了重要作用.然而,随着时代的进步变迁,尤其是随着宪法的修正完善、市场经济的逐步建立和世界经济发展一体化,完善我国社会保障立法已成为当务之急.当前,我国社会保障法律制度严重滞后.存在着诸多亟待解决的问题,迫切需要通过确立社会保障立法的基本原则、构建多层次的社会保障立法体系、解决与其他法律部门的立法衔接等路径加以健全完善,为构建我国社会保障制度提供充分的法律支持.
