| 摘 要： | 技术转移中心是高校科技成果转化的有效途径．是高校服务社会的具体表现，是社会经济进步的要求。高校成立技术转移中心是构成国家自主创新体系的重要环节，可以从体制上、条件上支持成果转化。目前我国高校技术转移中心正处于发展的关键阶段，应该在加强基础建设、完善内部机制、增强持续创新服务能力、加强与地方经济发展的结合和服务等方面着手，有效整合学校科技资源，加快科技成果的转移和产业化，促进技术转移中心的高速发展。
