| 摘 要： | 辽宁是东北老工业基地的缩影。利用外商直接投资(FDI)对辽宁老工业基地进行改造与振兴无疑是很好的选择。辽宁省在利用外商直接投资方面存在投资产业、投资区域和引资来源地过分集中等问题。应充分发挥辽宁省在政策、地理位置、工业基础及市场等方面的引资优势,扬长避短,通过引进外商直接投资,嫁接改造传统产业,实现东北老工业基地的全面振兴。

| Abstract: | Liaoning is a microcosm of the old industrial bases in Northeast China.It is undoubtedly a good idea to apply foreign direct investment to carry on the reformation and development of the old bases.However,investment industry,investment area and over-populated sources of investment absorption are the obviously existing problems.Therefore,it is essential to make use of some investment advantages in sound policy,geography position,industrial foundation and economic market to realize the booming of the areas by absorption of FDI and reformation of traditional industry. |
