| 摘 要： | 制造业是国民经济中带有战略性质的基础产业.通过制造业尤其是对先进制造技术的发展战略的制定和实施,来确保制造业这一基础产业在国民经济产业体系中的战略核心地位是制造业发达国家通行的做法.我国制造业的发展,有必要认真借鉴制造业发达国家所积累的丰富经验,以先进制造技术创新体系的培育为重点,通过强有力的战略措施,构筑装备制造业这一战略制高点,以加强我国制造业的战略产业地位.

| Abstract: | Manufacturing industry is the fundamental strategic sector of the national economy. It is the common practice in developed countries to insure its strategic central status in the national industrial system by establishing and implementing development strategy for manufacturing industry, especially by developing the advanced manufacturing technology. This article suggests that China's manufacturing industry should benefit from the rich experience of developed countries, focusing on fostering a innovative system of advanced manufacturing technology with the help of powerful strategic measures, creating the strategic highpoint for heavy machinery manufacturing industry, so as to strengthen the strategic status of China's manufacturing industry. |
