| 摘 要： | 从南北关联问题的历史脉络入手，分析南北关联产生的根本原因，探讨当前以创新活动为灵魂的知识革命对国际分工的影响，指出了知识革命影响南北关联的机理以及知识革命影响下的南北关联新走向、中国处理南北关联发展的基本思路。

| Abstract: | Following the historical connections between the north and the south, this article analyzes the causesof the connections, the influences of the knowledge revolution on the international division of labor and on theconnections of the north and the south. With the analysis, the article puts forward some fundamentals to deal withthe issues of the connections. |
