| Abstract: | Since 1997 the growth rate of foreign capital utilization of China has reduced. With an analysis of the domestic and international -economy, this paper contends that China should seek for new hot spots in its foreign capital utilization and that the first choice should be service trade. In this connection, the paper puts forward some proposals. |
