| 摘 要： | 执政“合道德性”是执政合法性的基础之一。执政个体的合道德性,即作为执政体系组成者和执政活动实施者的具体的个人,其个体伦理取向符合道德规范。具体内涵包括建立在公平、正义、人道这一执政整体伦理基础之上的廉洁、勇敢、诚实等方面。执政个体的合道德性影响到民众对于政党执政理念、执政能力和执政信誉的认同。

| Abstract: | Being ethical or not constitutes one of the foundations of the legitimacy of governance.The ethicalness of a ruling individualt,he organizer and implementer of administration,refers to whether his ethical orientation complies with ethical norms.The concrete connotations of the norms include cleanness,bravery and honesty based upon the ethical standards of equity,justice and humanity of governance.Whether the ruling individual is ethical or not affects the public opinion on the governance concepts of the ruling party,the governance capacity and the governance credibility. |
