| 摘 要： | 网络经济不仅有利于工商行政管理工作效率的提高、管理成本的降低、管理手段的现代化、人员素质的提高和行业不正之风的纠正,而且也对传统工商行政管理工作带来了很大的冲击。在网络经济条件下,工商行政管理工作需要转变管理观念,加快由行政执法向行政技术执法的转变,加强立法工作。
