| 摘 要： | 积极吸引与利用大型跨国公司投资,从而推动中国经济技术的发展和工业化、国际化进程,推动中 国产业升级和国际竞争力的提高,已成为各级政府的共识。目前,我国正面临着国内国外两个层面的历 史机遇,在这种新形势下,如何进一步吸引大型跨国公司来华投资,已成为一项重要的课题。

| Abstract: | It has been widely recognized by governments that actively attracting and using the investments of large multinational corporations can push the development of economy and technology, quicken the process of industrialization and internationalization and enhance industrial escalation and international competition power of China. At present, China is faced with both domestic and overseas opportunities. Under this new situation, how to attract those corporations to invest in China is an important task. |
