| 摘 要： | 公路行政是国家行政权在公路社会关系中的具体体现和有效延伸。《中华人共和国公路法》颁布施行后，公路行政中的诸多法理学概念的界定，影响着公路行政中依法行政目标的实现。研究并界定公路行政中的诸多法理学概念，对于加速公路法制化建设意义匪浅。

| Abstract: | Highway administrdtion is the representation and extension of the power of the govemment After the passage of the Highway Law of the People's Republic of China, the classification of jurisprudence is of influence on the realization of the administrative targets of the highway. A study of the classification of many concepts in jurisprudence will strengthen the legal construction of highway administration. |
