| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,培养符合社会需求的国际化人才已成为高等院校不可推卸的责任,但是,如何评价高等院校所培养学生的质量及其社会适用度却是亟待研究的问题。从社会对人才需求的角度出发,借助平衡计分卡工作原理,从定性与定量两个方面研究国际化应用型创新人才评价体系的构建,从而解决在国际化大背景下,高等院校所培养学生的评价问题,也为社会选择、选拔人才提供可供借鉴的评价手段与方法。

| Abstract: | With the economic development,universities should consider it its inevitable responsibility to train internationalized personnel who can satisfy social demands.However,how to evaluate the quality of these personnel is an issue which needs to be handled as soon as possible.From the view of social demands,this paper adopts the principle of BSC and designs a comprehensive system for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of applied and innovative international personnel.This paper aims to settle the issue of how to evaluate university graduates and provide a method for the society to select personnel in the context of increasing internationalization. |
