区域性民间金融危机的诱因分析:基于产业政策视域

2011年发生的以浙江温州为代表的区域民间金融危机是产业和金融的双重危机，既折射出我国金融组织与金融体系存在的不足，也反映出我国对实体企业产业政策失偏等深层次问题。某些失偏的产业政策的共同作用成为区域性金融危机的诱因。为防止类似区域性金融危机的再度发生，应从矫正失偏的产业政策着手，多举齐下，构建起一套扶持与促进实体企业发展的产业政策体系。

The Analysis of the Triggers of the Regional Private Financial Crisis: An Industrial Policy Perspective

In 2011, the regional private financial crisis, which was represented by Wenzhou, Zhejiang, was a twofold crisis for both industries and finance. It not only revealed the inadequacies of our nation’s financial organization and financial system, but also reflected the profound problems in the deviation of our nation’s industrial policy. The coupling effect of a few deviated industrial policies became the trigger of the regional financial crisis. In order to prevent the recurrence of similar regional financial crisis, we should start from correcting the deviated industrial policies, and work in various aspects, to build a set of industrial policy system that would support and promote industrial development
