| 摘 要： | 在国内现有文献中,区域发展生态工业的主要路径就是建立生态工业园。其必然结果是,把研究视野局限于区域内部的产业园区,同时局限于如何构建园区企业间的生态链,将区域生态工业发展引入了十分困难的境地。为此,本文构建了区域工业生态系统的四重空间,即企业、工业园区、区域和区际四重空间,并提出了相应的实现路径——清洁生产、生态工业园、区域内的生态工业网和区际生态工业网,从理论上为发展区域生态工业拓宽了道路。

| Abstract: | Documents and records nowadays show that the main approach of regional eco-industry is to set up Eco-industrial Park(EIP).Its inevitable outcome is confining the research view to the internal industry garden and constructing the ecological chain among garden enterprises,pushing the Regional Eco-industry(REI) development into a very difficult condition.The paper is trying to found the quadruplicity of REI: enterprise,industrial park,eco-region and eco-parks among regions.Then,it puts forward the implementation approaches of REI-unpolluted production,EIP,EIN both in and between Regions.In this way,the paper aims at broadening the development of REI. |
