| 摘 要： | 丘陵农区的地理特点决定了其呈现的"三农"问题有其特殊性.如何解决丘陵农区的"三农"问题,是一个值得深入研究的问题.文章以武胜县这个典型的丘陵农业县为例,对丘陵农区解决"三农"问题进行了探索,提出了推进现代农业、加快城镇建设、提高农民素质、逗硬执行政策、为民办理实事的基本思路.
