| 摘 要： | 德国农地抵押融资制度是政府对农业生产进行干预、调整的政策之一，它是以土地抵押信用合作社、联合合作银行为中心，自下而上自发建立的一套组织机构体系。德国农地抵押融资制度以土地债券为主要资金来源，农户融资具体操作模式详细而规范。相比之下，我国的农地融资实践存在不少问题，因此，借鉴德国农地抵押融资制度的成功经验，可以更好地构建我国农地抵押融资制度。

| Abstract: | German financial system of agricultural land is one of adjustment policies to agricultural production. It is based on land mortgage credit cooperatives, joint cooperative banks, the spontaneous creation of a bottom-up organization system, it is a bond basis funding sources of loans and it is composed of standardized mode of operation. This paper summarizes experience of early agricultural financial system in German, Enlightenment builds the future of agricultural land to the financial system, and provides induction and experience for china＇s financial system for rural land. |
