摘    要:股票期权激励机制可以实现证券公司低成本长期的有效激励 ,促进证券公司的长期发展并降低经营风险。在我国股票期权制的实施过程中存在着制度和公司治理结构等障碍。建立证券公司股票期权激励机制需要解决评价体系、监控体系、财务支持和税收支持以及实施方案等问题

Abstract:The impelling mechanism of the stock time limit may not only realize the long-time effective activation with low cost but also improve the development of the securities company and cut down the business risk. In our country, there are obstacles that caused by the system and the management construction in the process of carrying out the system of the stock time limit. In order to establish the system of the stock time limit in securities company, we need to solve following problems: establishing the system of estimate and supervision; getting support form finance and tax revenue and implementation of plans, etc.
