| 摘 要： | 财政政策是政府在宏观上调整经济运行的主要政策工具,它对确保市场经济的正常运行和国家职能的履行起着重要作用。本文通过构建中国省级面板数据(Panel Data)模型,对1985—2007年中国财政支出、财政支出构成与经济增长的关系进行了分析,通过实证分析得出:在全国范围财政支出、企业挖潜改造支出、支持农业生产和事业支出、行政管理支出与经济增长呈正相关,在地区局部范围经济增长与财政支出及其构成的关系存在区域差异。

| Abstract: | Financial policy is a major means of regulation and control, which plays an important role in ensuring normal operation of market economy and fulfilling state functions. This paper builds a panel data model of Chinese provinces with data of 1985 - 2007, and analyzes the relationship between components of financial expenditure and the economic growth. The findings show that the national economic growth are positively correlated with components of fiscal expenditure nationwide, including public expendi- ture, expenditure for innovation of enterprises, expenditure for agriculture and for administration; and that the relationship between re- gional economic growth and its components of fiscal expenditure varies by region. |
