| 摘 要： | 龙岗秦简和睡虎地秦简中有些问题还有讨论的余地。龙岗秦简第264简中的"贩假"应当解释为"买卖";第151简中的"田""诈伪"应理解为"欺压和欺诈"两种手段;睡虎地秦简《秦律十八种.仓律》第38-39简中的"利"当训作"饶","本"当如整理者所说,理解为"农作物"。

| Abstract: | There is room for discussion about Qin bamboo slips in Longgang and Shuihudi.’Fan jia’ in Longgang No.264 Bamboo Slips should be interpreted as ’trading’;’Tian’ and ’Zhawei’ in the Longgang No.151 Bamboo Slips should be interpreted as ’oppression’ and ’fraud’ separately.’Li’ and ’Ben’ in Shuihudi No.38-39 Bamboo Slips of Qin Lv 18 Species Warehouse Law should be interpreted as ’plenty’ and ’the crops’. |
