| 摘 要： | 工业是四川经济发展和社会进步的主要推动力、支撑力,是产业发展的"火车头",城乡统筹的"发动机",城镇化的"助推器",吸纳就业的"强磁场",是四川加快发展的关键所在。为此,文章提出了四川实施工业强省战略的发展路径:自主创新与引进、消化、吸收相结合;做大产业集群,延长产业链条,川渝互动与产业整合;通过引智引资、产业嫁接,提升产业水平和科技含量;实施大企业大集团战略;用城市化推进工业化;按照可持续发展要求,创新循环经济新模式。
