摘    要:《四川省学前教育三年行动纲领》提出了2011—2013年四川学前教育的具体任务,这是落实"十二五"时期四川学前教育发展目标的基础。本研究以客观的数据分析为支撑,揭示出四川幼儿师资需求的现状和其中存在的地区差异问题,并根据四川总人口及出生率、幼儿园毛入学率推算出在园儿童数,预测出"十二五"时期四川幼儿师资的发展规模。为了培养足够数量的合格幼儿教师,"十二五"时期政府应加大学前教育师资培养的财政投入,有计划地扩大高等师范院校学前教育专业的办学规模;师范院校应该为在职幼儿教师提供学前教育专业本、专科函授的学习机会;全省幼教培训机构要组织专、兼职的培训队伍,积极开展对高中学历及转岗人员的培训,以期全面提高幼儿教师的专业水平。

Abstract:Three Year Action Programme of Sichuan Province Preschool Education puts forward the specific tasks of Sichuan preschool education during 2011—2013,which is the basis for the implementation of Sichuan preschool education development goals in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period.Based on data analysis,this article first reveals the current demand for Sichuan preschool teachers and the existing problem of regional differences,then predicts the preschool teacher development scale according to the calculated number of children in the kindergarten from the total population,birth rate,and gross enrollment rate of Sichuan,and finally presents three suggestions to cultivate sufficient amount of qualified preschool teachers.The suggestions are as follows: 1) the government should increase financial investment to training of preschool teachers and expand the scale of preschool education major in normal schools systematically;2) normal schools should provide study opportunities for in-service preschool teachers;3) preschool education training institutions should organize a team with full time and part-time trainers to carry out training for the teachers with high school diploma and transferred teachers so as to raise preschool teachers’ professional levels comprehensively.
