爱迪思的《企业生命周期》一书从时序角度对企业进行剖析,得出其不同的生命阶段。类似地,可以从情绪角度对企业管理进行探讨。结合生命周期理论,可以发现企业在不同的生命周期表现出不同的情绪特征,正确把握不同时期的"企业情绪",可以对相应时期的企业管理进行有效诊断。孕育期的企业,容易受创业者的怒气影响,对此的规制,是这个阶段应予重视的。步入死亡期的企业,则体现为毫无感情的"无情",这种可怕的情绪将企业带入死亡的深渊。
