大学生诚信心理结构初探

研究大学生的诚信心理结构对培养大学生诚信品质具有重要意义。本研究运用词汇评定法探讨大学生的诚信心理结构。结果显示，大学生诚信心理结构包括诚实无欺、正直守信、忠厚老实三个正性取向维度和阴险狡诈、钻营世故、虚伪寡信三个负性取向维度。该结构拟合较好，正负性维度的划分具有合理性。

On the Psychological Structure of Undergraduates' Integrity

Study on the psychological structure of undergraduates' integrity has great important significance in cultivating their integrity quality. This article adopts mental lexical assessment method to discuss the psychological structure of Chinese undergraduate' integrity. With explorative factor analysis, the results indicate that integrity contains six major dimensions, which consist of positive facets (honesty, uprightness and trustworthiness) and negative facets (trickiness, sophistication, untruthfulness). Moreover, the results show that the structure possesses predictive reliability and validity. Therefore, this construction can be used as the basis for future researches about integrity.
