| 摘 要： | 本文基于国民经济核算理论,首先推导出一个测算非独立关税区省域"省际净流出"(即净流出到省外、国内的货物和服务)的公式,而后利用陕西省支出法GDP核算数据和外贸进出口等统计数据,首次推算出1980-2010年间陕西省每年的"省际净流出"数据,并进行了综合分析,最后提出了旨在扩大陕西省对内对外开放的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on National Accounting Theory,firstly,this paper initiates a mathematical formula of "interprovincial net outflow" to calculate goods and services flowing out to other provinces within the same separate custom territory.Secondly,the annual "interprovincial net outflow" from 1980 to 2010 of Shaanxi Province is figured out for the first time,by taking advantage of the statistical data of expenditure-based GDP,import and export,and so on.Thirdly,a comprehensive analysis is conducted.Finally,a series of policy recommendations,aiming at expanding Shaanxi provincial both internal and external opening up,are put forward. |
